Students learn the engineering process while building cool structures, such as houses, bridges, castles, and skyscrapers using LEGO bricks. Targeted towards Kindergartens through 2nd Graders, Jr. Structural Engineering introduces building techniques and the concepts of engineering, such as formulating the problem, brainstorming, planning, testing, and refining. The class also emphasis professionalism – or good sportsmanship for engineers. The students,through these first hand experiences, gain engineering confidence and competence.
